^^ That's why I don't understand why I'm crashing in SR GOOH: and the configuration is THE SAME for SR GOOH and SR IV. And as you know, the graphic card makes MUCH in the games in general, it's probably more important to have a good graphic card than a big RAM.
Well as I said I played SR3 and SR4 without a problem, maybe I had 1 or 2 crashes, and occasionally some FPS drop, but that's all ^^. I'm surprised you could actually play any of the SR games with that little memory. The biggest problem out of everything I see is only having 1.5Gb of RAM. I reviewed your dxdiag, and your specs are well below minimum requirements.
I'll try to play again right now, but I don't think it will change anything ^^ I've tried it again, no changes ( and it crashed after 2/3 seconds) Now i'm waiting new informations or instructions from you: I've checked my drivers and they're okay. I've verified again and steam said all the files were downloaded, but this 6,5 mb one re-downloaded it. I have verified the cache integrity of the game and it seems a 6,5 mb file was not downloaded again, i retried to play, it crashed again but after 7/8 seconds, not 3/4 this time. Okay so i've tried to create a new default boss, making sure the campaign is saved on the auto save, but I still crash when starting a new campaign in SR GOOH. If not, verify integrity and updated video drivers and post a full dxdiag and we can go from there. Try creating a default boss in SR4 and having it autosave so that Gat out of Hell tries to import that and see if it helps. Have you used mods with SR4 at all? That could be causing issues.
